What can I say? The Dutch solo proposal is voted down - but that doesn't stop them from scoring victories in the Asian fronts. Defeats are suffered as well though, as the Russian do their stone-wall imitation in Sevastopol, and the Chinese surge back into Yunnan. Meanwhile... not much else is really seen around the board other than the French annihilation of the sole remaining Austrian unit. My thanks goes to Mike for stepping in as a replacement in a VERY tough spot. Mike, you may be eliminated but I think you can safely say that your play has had a lasting impact on the board. =)

There was one retreat for the Dutch - the aforementioned unit in Yunnan. However, with only Burma to retreat to I took the liberty. (Rudi, if OTB is preferred then please just let me know.)
