GAME NOTES:
There is a Draw proposal out for a vote: 4-way draw including AEGI. Please vote with your Spring orders.

Also, I am changing the regular deadline time. I don't want to confuse the days, so I'm putting one minute before the hour in GMT because when daylight savings time ends soon, I don't want to have a midnight deadline. The EST time will be the official deadline time, using the exact hour.
