Winter 1912: we have a new leader for Russia: Jason K (Githraine). I expect all of you to give our new Russian leader an appropriate welcome (for those that see their Solo aspirations evaporate that may may be accompanied by teeth-grinding or other rituals).

The new Russian leader has set out with a firm and clear strategy and disbanded the army in Ruhr; after a year of uncertainty the Russian kozaks were only too happy to be able go back to Mother Russia.
France builds up it force and so does Austria. Italy wishes it could say the same, out there in the East.

Adjustments for Winter 1912:

Austria: Build A Budapest
France: Build F Brest and Build A Paris
Russia: Remove A Ruhr
