As of this email, we (the moderators) and as far as i know you (the players) have not heard from
your GM - Kai , on the matter that happened over the last Spring/fall adjudication.

We're hoping that Kai is just momentarily detained and will be back with a ruling on this decision.
However should you (and us) not hear from Kai by the 3rd of November - then one of the moderators
(most likely me) will step in as a temporary GM and resolve the issue.

I believe Kai set a deadline of the 31st for some retreats, However I would ASSUME that
until the matter of the Austrian and Russian NMR in Fall is resolved - this deadline would be extended by at least
24 hours, depending on how Kai decides to rule.

We understand that some players are anxious to get a ruling on this game, and move it on - but since
I am away this weekend, we feel another few days on the matter is not going to do any harm.
