This adjudication looks more like one for a spring than for a fall as
some key non-SC territories, such as Nth (Germany), Bur (Germany), Trl
(Austria), and Bla (Turkey) are taken, but only a single supply center
(Gre) changes hands.

The result is that English fleet Nth can retreat to Yor, Edi, Ska, or
OTB, the Austrian fleet Gre can retreat to Alb, Aeg, or OTB, and Turkey
gets a build and Austria has a disband (if the retreat is not OTB).

In the name of speed I'm going to ask for the two retreats, one build,
and one disband together in two days time; the deadline is Wednesday,
November 5, at 9 pm eastern. I will adjudicate early if I get all the
orders early, and builds/disbands can be submitted conditional on retreats.
