Turkey drew my attention to the fact that I was not particularly
explicit that I wanted the builds and retreats together and said that he
was waiting for the retreat results to send his build. Since I also
note that I never told you guys in advance that this was a possibility,
I'm going to give him a pass and process his build. So Turkey builds A
Smy. The new map is attached.

I'll push back the next deadline for a day because of this (and since
we've got the time anyways), so Spring 1903 is due next Friday, November
14, at 9 pm eastern.
