The Kaiser backs his army back to Ruh and then raises two more while
Russian factories in Moscow are also at work. England's distant
Mediterranean fleet loses communication with the homeland and sinks, and
France, due to an NMR, loses its fleet in the channel.

The deadline for Spring 1904 will be this coming Monday, December 8, at
9 pm eastern. If I get a full set of orders marked final I will
adjudicate early, so mark them final if they are!

Matt

Retreats:
Germany: A Burgundy - Ruhr

Adjustments:
England: Remove F Gulf of Lyon
France: Remove F English Channel
Germany: Build A Munich, Build A Kiel
Russia: Build A Moscow

Matt
