Whilst I welcome the idea that we wont be able to suffer an NMR in this game, i do find the constant change of replacement players to be a hassle.
Just saying..

Hi guys and gal,
All righty. The response to the NMR Policy implementation has been overwhelmingly negative, so its dead in the water. We will continue with my replacement policy as it currently stands in my house rules. (I've attached a copy for Jim's sake, and in case any of you have misplaced yours. =P )
Thank you for all of your opinions. It is actually a relief to me to see that NMR's are not preferred - my feelings on them mirror yours as well.
Cheers all,
Trout
