Mr Wolf,

I had a question. If I understand correctly we must submit to you only builds for this round without prior diplomacy with other players. Is this correct? If this is the case, maybe we should advance the date to submit winter and give more time for players to engage in diplomacy in light of the builds. Just a suggestion if everyone agrees!

I have yet to hear from most players regarding whether or not my mailing list works, but I've been reminded that I have yet to set an initial deadline.

Winter 1913 is due Tuesday, 6 January at 2pm EST (7pm GMT.) That should be plenty of time to get in orders, even if I find that I've screwed up an email address on my distro (or something equally as disastrous.)
