I've had a couple questions about ownership of SCs. Here's the skinny: All your home centers are yours, regardless of occupation by one of your units. I've pasted the list of SCs owned by each power at the beginning of the game. Don't worry, guys, you don't have to spend time occupying these centers - they're yours, free and clear.

Germany: Berlin, Kiel, Munich, Prussia, Ruhr, Silesia.
Italy: Apulia, Naples, Piedmont, Rome, Tuscany, Venice.
Russia: Finland, Livonia, Moscow, Sevastopol, St Petersburg, Ukraine, Warsaw.
Turkey: Albania, Ankara, Armenia, Constantinople, Smyrna, Syria.
