I propose the DIAS again. C'mon guys - don't drag this out; trading
centers in Scandinavia to keep the game going isn't going to break this
stalemate line.

Got to hand it to you guys - I honestly can't figure out whether this
board is headed for a traffic jam or not. Obviously some agree with
me as the DIAS proposal is thrown down. Some interesting moves in the
north and center and the game continues. =)

No retreats are needed after the Spring turn. We'll mozy right along
into the Fall of 1910. Deadline will be set for more funky action on
Wednesday, January 21st (11:59 PM GMT).
