Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Folks,
I have at least a preliminary set of orders from everyone. There are six hours until the deadline, and about eight hours until I get up for the evening (stinking night shift!) If anybody is interested in submitting a last-minute revision to their orders, this is your chance. Adjudication will be out late this afternoon / early this evening.
