As I send this it's 12:45 in Greenwich, 7:45 in Annapolis, 6:45 in Dallas, 5:45 in Denver; 4:45 in Vancouver,
and according to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock 11 something PM in Adelaide, Down-Unda.

The deadline is 0000 GMT tonight, 6pm EST, and 10:30pm November 6th Adelaide time.
