Familiarity: The medieval Herald was required to possess intimate knowledge of a dizzying array of names, ranks and crest. So too must the succesful diplomat be familiar with the board layout as well as the various strategies for each power. A handle on the protocols and the structures of the game rules is crucial for success.

Dear lords and kings of Europe -

your GM humbly apologizes for the lack of Fall 1901 adjudications. I have not been able to keep up with email dip this week- including dip 230. However, tomorrow dawns another day - and it is a weekend day. so I'm excited at the prospect of catching up with this game during the day on Saturday.
