My fellow Kings – I am lucky to not have been overthrown in a coup-d'estat. I owe you all a massive apology for having to suffer through the delay you have due to my own life issues… I know it must suck. I'm going to do my best to re-earn your respect and trust as the GM… and I hope you guys can revive your own conversations and diplomacy after this long delay.

I had many questions about how best to send me orders – I'm going to send each of you the "orders" email. Please 'reply' to that particular email every time you send your orders – it will be a huge help.

I do want to ask you all to send press. If you want to declare war (well, after you've made the move) or beg for peace, warn of impending victory for another or just to rib or taunt your fellow rulers, use the white press opportunity. Given your chosen characters (all but Justin have taken on an ulterior identity), it should be much fun to write a few sentences to share.

Please remember to use the "Orders" email I sent you and respond to THAT email to send me your orders. This will make life MUCH easier for me as I try to keep 230 emails separate from the scores I get every day. Most of you have done this, so thank you.

PRELIM ORDERS:
Please send me your Spring 1901 preliminary orders ASAP. I want to make sure this game has no NMRs at all. You can always change your orders. Winter orders will be considered final.
