Greetings Players of Dc197.

Good News, everyone... I have heard from all players (including the recently to return France who is returning on the 17th) and I have Turkey's build.

BUT... France has informed me he is not back until the 17th and I am willing to wait one more day for him (I'm flat out work wise tonight)

a reminder though, there is a EGP on the table.

3-way draw Austria, France and Germany, with Russia and Turkey surviving
