Hey 227ers,

Okay - I've now heard from all players except for two. And this is what I was afraid of. Both Babak (Russia) and Steve C (Turkey) are absent without orders...

Babak, at least, has been in touch. He is having computer difficulties which he is currently resolving. However he is not sure they are resolvable... Steve C on the other hand has simply dropped off the map.

We'll see if another 48 hours will do the trick. I'll also start dropping out feelers and see if there's anyone lurking in the wings that may be able to act as replacement players. I may not be able to push out a turn before Andy gets back due to this, but I'll make sure that we get the game back to him suited up and ready to run. =P

Don't lose faith folks. These troubles are only temporary and the game will be firing on all cylinders before you can say Rutabaga!

Heya guys,

Well, three out of seven is almost fifty percent... =P

Guess we'll need that extra time after all. I still need to hear from four of you before we can roll the turn. If I don't have your orders, I've already sent you a seperate email.

I'll be in touch again tomorrow night with more word. Cheers!

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
