I am so sorry folks. I had to travel on an emergency basis to the US for a serious family matter. It is not yet resolved, but I will endeavor to keep up with this game. We had some good action around the board, particularly in the border region between Russia and Turkey where Turkey makes significant gains.

We also have our first retreat! Russian unit in Sevastopol can retreat to Armenia, Ukraine or Off-The-Board (OTB). Steve, please get me your retreat in ASAP and NLT 24 hours from now. I will ask for further builds/disbands to be-in immediately thereafter.

So next deadline is: Retreat due Monday, March 2 at 2359 GMT.

Builds/Disbands will then be due on Tuesday, March 3. It'll look like this:
