GAME ON!

Thanks for your patience folks. We are ready roll once again.

We have a bold, new leader confirmed for Austria. You may have heard of this guy before. Goes by the moniker 'Former Trout.' Rumor has it he's played this game before. But I never put much stock in rumors, so go easy on the guy, and try not to scare him off too!

Just kidding of course, but please take this opportunity to introduce yourselves and then take a few days to plot your next audacious activities. Here are the particulars for our new diplomat:

Please find attached a new map to remind you of the state of affairs we currently find ourselves in. If there are no objections, I'll set the Spring 1903 deadline for for next Tuesday, March 17, same bat channel; same bat time. If you all get them in early, I'll go ahead and adjudicate early. If next Tuesday doesn't work for someone, please let me know ASAP.
