Thanks so much for dealing with all the delays while I was gone. I hope you treated Trout good, because I'll be asking him for a report to find out who was naughty in my absence. ;o) Anyhow, I'm back and ready to roll, and apparently so is the game.
I'm very happy to welcome Ilyas Erzik to the game. He's been gracious enough to take on the mantle of Turkey for the foreseeable future. The new player list and deadline are below, and I've attached the map and RP file.

Deadline:
Fall 1915 is due Wednesday, 4 March at 2pm CST (8pm GMT.) Please note the time zone - I'm back in Texas now. I realize this is a very short deadline, but I've already got orders from all the veteran players. If anyone has a problem with this deadline, in light of the new Turkish player (especially Ilyas himself,) please let me know as soon as possible.
