I'm missing German and Italian disbands. Chris, Sam, hurry up! I'm starting your 24 hour grace periods now. If no disband has reached my inbox before that, I will remove units in accordance with the dipcorp houserules:

On a Winter turn an NMR (NBR/NDR) would mean that if the player was building - the builds would be waived and if the player was disbanding, units would be disbanded under the following rules [list=1:c8e502b42c] [*:c8e502b42c]Units furthest from the nearest home center before units closer to the nearest home center [*:c8e502b42c]Units not in a supply center before units in a supply center if equidistant from home [*:c8e502b42c]Fleets before armies if still no unique unit selected per above [*:c8e502b42c]Alphabetical[/list Surprised :c8e502b42c]
This would mean a default disband of Par and Pie for Germany and of Mar for Italy.
