Hey there folks,

Lots of noise and confusion in the south as everyone seems to buy a ticket for Bulgarian station. Meanwhile, the French spend an autumn vacation in the Welsh countryside.


No retreats are needed, and only a single Winter 02 adjustment. Germany gains a build, which is the sum total of what is needed for Winter. Deadline for Winter 02 will be set for Thursday, March 26th (11:59 PM GMT).
