PREV  Winter 2000 Adjudication:  NEXT

Hello all, thanks for getting the builds in well on time. I trust that the negotiations are going swiftly and there must be some interesting decisions to make in the near future. The builds follow, but first, Europe left this on my desk:

An article from Europe Maintenant:

Yesterday's election in the European Parliment came as a suprise to all of Europe. The Europe Nationale Party smashed the NDP and the North-West Party in the election-the two most favoured to win-and secured 62% of the total seats in the Parliment. Europe Nationale Party leader, Heinrich Jager, is now the Chacellor of Europe. Today, as he was sworn in as the chancellor, Chancellor Jager swore to "defend European nature abroad, chiefly with the aid of deplomacy, using war as a last resort."

Chacellor Jager also publically extended a greeting to all nations.

"Europe is not interested in territorial agression, but nor would she stand still if she is attacked. I would like to caution every current, and future Head of States. Come as friends, and we shall welcome you with open arms. Come as enemies, and we shall welcome you with an iron fist."

Jager also stated that he had received several communiques regarding possible alliances offered by other factions, but he did not disclosed the identities of the powers offering alliances. "All I am going to say is that the next few days will be chaotic, and I urge patience to the other nations. I will answer their communiques as soon as I have organized the cabinet."

The North-West Party is appealing to the European Court for a recount. Details will follow in the future.

Now, without further ado, the builds.

I'm actually off to a National Conference in Toronto for a bit, so let's give it another week... Spring 01 orders will be due on Tuesday, June 10 at 11pm Central Time (-6)
