Ok, so we're off to a great start. Against my wishes, and despite more than one reminder sent, we already have an NMR on our first turn. Ironically, it's from the player who was the replacement for the player who didn't respond to the original confirmation. I'm thinking that I will no longer accept people who have only 1 game played on DC.

Hopefully, this is just a misstep. If Turkey fails to turn in moves for the Fall turn as well, I will stop the game and look for a replacement player, and we will redo Fall.
