England to France : What would you suggest, continue to bounce ?

Good morning fellow leaders, this is the Tsar (it is up to you to decide if I am the real ou not).

Turkey: It seems that either my Turkish friend has been impersonated or has decided to declare war on us. With our bounce in the Black Sea you have been stretched rather thin and unless you have a very good relationship with both Italy and Austria Hungry you may well go without a build this Fall. Friends are hard to find all you need to do is look North.

Germany: Feel free to head to Helgoland Bight. My plan is to sail into Sweden and not to bother you or your Homeland. I understand your concern but you should feel none from me.

England: I also look forward to your arrival in Norway in case you feel some undue pressure from Berlin .

Austria Hungry: I look forward to hearing from you and working with you through your positive actions.

Italy: Do we have common plans? I would hate to waste the manpower to only bump heads with you

France: For now I wish you the best and perhaps there is a duel win in the future for us.
