Four neutrals remain unclaimed; I foresee disputes. These weren't the Peaceful States Idling By, after all. Also, I've spruced up the colours a bit.

Unfortunately one of our players is having technical difficulties, so I'm extending the deadline for builds until **Tuesday**; the following move deadline will also be delayed. Already submitted build orders will be considered final after Friday (although you can always resubmit if I haven't adjudicated yet). If I have all the build orders after Friday I will adjudicate.

Remember, you can only build armies during a Build phase.
