Well, the knives came out this turn. I have a feeling that a number of players will be distinctly unhappy at the turn of events, while others will be breathing sighs of relief. Without further ado, here are the orders:

England's Fleet North Sea can retreat to Yor, Lon, Nwg, Ska and Hel, or OTB (Off The Board) Please let me know which you want by Saturday 25th March, 9pm GMT.

The retreat can't affect the supply centre counts but I'm sure you'll all want to frantically renegotiate alliances before committing to builds, so I'll set the deadline for builds at Wednesday 29th March, 9pm BST. Please note that British clocks go forward to British Summer Time on Sunday 26th, so this is actually now 8pm GMT. Confusing, I know.
