No retreats, but Winter Builds will be due not later than Tuesday, January 16th, 2018, 5pm, Pacific Time (UTC -8). Note, however, that with build and retreat phases, I WILL process early if I get finalized orders from everyone. No pressure, but sometimes it's nice to get these turns moving a bit faster. Just assume that if you send a finalized order, that the turn will process immediately, since you may be the last one.
