My apologies for not getting this out last night. However, even with the delay, France never managed to turn in any builds and thus waives his two. For everybody else fleets seem popular, as both nations that were entitled to 4 builds choose to build all fleets.

The next deadline, for Spring 1995 moves and press, will be this coming Monday, June 28, at 9 pm eastern.

Press #2:
Russia to Poland: My only defense against what has seemed to be a mostly anti-Russian Poland is my fleet. So I couldn't disband that. I really wish you'd interpret my keeping the fleet as more pro-'my protection' than anti-Poland. Germany has already demonstrated his loyalty to you and that fleet can do nothing 'against' you, unless he himself would want to work with me against you. So... what I'm really trying to say is that I don't want to be disbanding at all... I'd rather either not build or build a single unit. I might try for Sweden with the fleet in the Fall if it is empty by that time. Please let me have something.

Luigi: Si. What with crazy old English lady have many new war machines, I think Spagna and Francia and Germania very silly to look for trouble to Italy. Do not they know of witches! Never turn back on witches!
Mario: True. I fear one of witches may have stole Peach. Rumors say maybe to east, maybe to west. I think best we check both. I will ask Germania and Spagna to help search west. I think Germania to search Suisse with our help in Spring and Fall. This I hope he like cuz no way, Jose, he gonna win if he try to go in Austria.
Luigi: Bene. I also talk Spagna about help him defense after he kick out silly Englishes. Also talk again to Turks. They scary to neighbors, but maybe not totally bad guys. Still, stories say that is where Peach stealed to. Maybe Ukraina and Egitto help to look for her. I shall ask of them.

As mentioned, I will build A Berlin and it will move southwards and borrow your CZE. I understand you may want to take CZE, but I worry about Ukraine's Army at POD may try KRA. My Army at CZE will help you hold KRA. Once your KRA is safe, I will leave CZE to you.
Germany to Italy:
I respect our natural border. Up to date, I just want SCs close to Germany.
