PREV  Winter 1901 Adjudication:  NEXT

In the face of hostile aggression from all sides, Russia decides to disband the southern fleet (previously dislodged) and raises an army in the north. Shortly thereafter, Turkey brings up two fleets on the Black Sea. Two more fleets are christened in the West, but neither is English, and a third to rule the Mediterranean from Italy. Armies come from Austria and Germany, and England appears to have grand designs on the Continent.

Spring 1902 orders are due 24 July, 20:00 GMT. Be punctual!
