Builds, glorious builds!

Armies appear to be the order of the day as everybody France and England get solely armies - England gets a singular fleet and France takes both a fleet and an army.

Also, Austria leaves Vienna empty despite the overwhelming Italian force surrounding it, with an army built in Venice adding to that. I'm confused.

Not much to report in the west, with an English fleet in Liverpool being the biggest news there. Be more entertaining, gosh darn it.

Deadline for Spring 1902 orders will be Sunday the 23rd of February, 22:00 NZDT. Reminder that this will be Saturday for some of you! A slightly shorter deadline to ensure that the games' deadlines do not clash with my trip away.
