PREV Spring 1902 Adjudication: NEXT

Spring 1902 has sprung, and with it the first blooming of some seeds of conflict. Forces are gathering on front lines, and I would bet money on the Fall seeing a few first strikes. However, the Russians didn't want to wait until the fall; they force their way past the Turkish blockade and seize control of the Black Sea, giving us our first retreat of the game.

Turkish F Black Sea may retreat to Ankara, Armenia, or Constantinople, and that retreat is due tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 1, at 9 pm eastern (I will publish it as soon as I receive it). Fall 1902 will follow this Friday, Feb. 4, at 9 pm eastern.
