OK, so Fall sees a lot of cooperation between certain Powers. Lots of people appear to have malign intentions towards Russia and France appears to be a popular winter holiday destination. Unfortunately Russia has not sent in any orders and so his units stand unordered. I do hate to apply an NMR at any stage of the game, but we had a long lead into this deadline and I sent two reminders. I am unavailable now until after New Year due to family commitments, si better to proceed with the NMR rather than hold for a lot longer.
