PREV Spring 1902 Adjudication: NEXT

Seems like people have banded together against Russia, who is forced back out of Berlin and Rumania. Time will tell whether or not Russia can keep his strong gains from 1901. The fleet in Rumania has no retreat options, and the army in berlin can retreat to Prussia. Since that's the only option besides OTB, I'll auto retreat it. Which brings us to Fall, I've received a request for an extension until the 6th which I'll grant.
