It's fair to assume at this point that Italy has siezed the Mediterranean for himself. Set on remaking the Mare Nostrum, while the Royal Navy appears to have command of the Atlantic, may well set up a potential conflict between the two navies in the future. Meanwhile, the missed build from Russia seems to have invited the jackals, as English fleets patrol the Russian coast, a German army goes for a walk along the Polish border, Austrians sieze Rumania, and Turks set themselves up in Armenia. There is a ray of hope for Russia, as the dislodged unit in Rumania has only one retreat, which puts it behind Austrian lines in Serbia, potentially giving Russia a genuine lifeline with diplomatic options to spare. With the summer retreat conducted automatically, we proceed to the fall.
