Barring any waived builds we'll be up to 33 units now, with only Holland going unclaimed. England joins Turkey on Russian soil, Italy continues to press west, and the Balkans...we'll, it's the Balkans.

No retreats again, so we move directly to Winter 1902, due this Wednesday, Feb. 9. Adjustments due are listed below the adjudication; I only need to hear from four of you. Note: All adjustments (and retreats, when we have them) are considered final unless explicitly marked as prelims. Thus if you four get your adjustments in quickly, we may be able to proceed ahead of schedule. And remember no grace periods for adjustments!
