Now, the reason Turkeys order failed was that no coast was specified for the Con --> Bul move.

Deadlines: Lets have that retreat by Dec 11, 20:00 Gmt. If I get a final retreat before that, I will adjudicate early.

For Adjustments, I'd like them by Dec 12, 20:00 Gmt.You may send conditional builds that factors in the Russian retreat (for example, if F Swe retreats to Ska, build F Lon, otherwise build F Lvp).

Other: Get prelims in on time folks, saves all a bit of trouble. As a result of being late, Russia and Turkey have now officially used up their grace period. This means that the next time they Nmr (if any), the turn will be played out regardless. A tip to avoid this: As soon as you get the map out, send in a set of prelims.
