Hey everyone,

A few GM's have been trying a policy where each player gets one freebie where if they miss the deadline then they will not receive a NMR. However, the second time that moves aren't received by the deadline an NMR is received. I think this will help everyone get orders in on time. You have all been doing really well though, this is the first turn somebody was late, which is good. If you think you are going to miss the deadline or need extra time to finalize orders, just let me know how much extra time you need before the normal deadline and I'll move the deadline back.

Now getting back to the game. England is down to one SC and has two retreats to order. If you can let me know ASAP what you want to do with your fleet in Edinburgh that would be great, your army can only retreat to Finland so that makes it a little easier for you I guess. I don't think there are a whole lot of options, but I'll let you make the call. Turkey will have to retreat from Bulgaria, but the only place to retreat to is Constantinople, so you don't need to worry about giving me any retreat orders. Beside those retreats, not a whole lot of action.

So Alex, if you can let me know where you want Edi to retreat to(ely or nwg) as soon as you can that would be great. I want to make the winter deadline Monday the 30th.
