PREV  Fall 1902 Adjudication:  NEXT

Once again, Germany and Russia NMR. Both Austria and Turkey take advantage of the situation this time, as Austria pushes into Munich and Turkey grabs Sevastopol.

Elsewhere, England sails unopposed into Norway and Holland, while France convoys into the Italian heartland. Austria advances into the eastern Balkans, but leaves open a retreat route for a dislodged Turkish army.

We will have Autumn 1902 retreats:
The German army in Munich may retreat to Burgundy, Ruhr, Silesia, or OTB.
The Russian fleet in Sevastopol may retreat to Armenia or OTB.
The Turkish army in Bulgaria may retreat to Serbia or OTB.

Winter 1902 adjustments will be as follows - please note that two powers' adjustments are affected by an autumn retreat order:
Austria: build 3 (or build 2 if Turkey retreats to Serbia)
England: build 3
France: build 1
Germany: remove 1 (no change if retreat OTB)
Russia: remove 1 (no change if retreat OTB)
Turkey: remove 1 (no change if Turkey retreats to Serbia)

Since both the autumn retreats and winter adjustments are due at the same time, conditional adjustment orders are acceptable - but only if they are contingent on an autumn retreat, not other winter adjustments. For example, it would be OK for France to say "if Turkey retreats to Serbia, build a fleet in Brest, otherwise build an army in Paris". It would NOT be acceptable for France to say "if Austria builds a fleet in Trieste, build a fleet in Brest, otherwise build an army in Paris".

Both the Autumn 1902 retreats and the Winter 1902 adjustments are due tomorrow, Friday 4/8 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. However, I will not be available, so please send your orders to Mike Sims, as well as the Orders box. I will be back Monday for Spring 1903.

Thanks, everyone!

Cory
