We have one retreat. The French Fleet dislodged from the MAO may retreat to Por(default), Gas, Ire, NAO or Hej

I shall post the retreat map in 24 hours and include the SC changes on that map. Builds/Disbands will be due no later than 12noon GMT on THURS.
