Sorry for the delay. A little problem with the adjudication. Couldn't find a set of orders, but found em in the end.
HERE IS THE PROBLEM. I received three sets of orders with the wrong timeline. One was in response to one of my emails. Another said Spring 1902 and another said Spring 1903. C'mon guys. dc393 - Game Year - Power - Version (1). That's all it takes.
