If any of you have read Tom Clancy's The Bear and the Dragon, this turn will ring a few bellsâ€”Chinese forces march north to claim to resource-rich Siberian permafrost. Elsewhere, Italy continues to grow despite abandoning his homeland, in apparent preparation of a reconquista. England suffers badly from a combined F/G/N stab and Russia sneaks into the Middle East to secure a warm-water port (a notable victory for any Tsar!). Some of you have seen fit to make me privy to your negotiations, which makes me feel as though I'm watching an adulterous performance, but I'll never know until the final curtain who was the wife and who was the mistress. It's quite good fun.

Four units were dislodged; two immediately disbanded. One (A Sev) has but one retreat, so ordered. Therefore the only retreat I need is from England: F Joh. I'll run Autumn and Winter simultaneously; retreat and adjustments are given below the orders. Deadline for Au/Wi 1902 is the usual time on 11 December.
