Sorry guys, I went on a work field trip and didn't bring my own computer. This certainly shouldn't happen again.
Austria takes it on the chin this year, to the benefit of Italy and Turkey. Jason you had one retreat from Greece, and the only option was Albania. Since you are disbanding anyhow, I just did it for you.
