PREV Autumn 1995 Adjudication: NEXT

The deadline passed a while ago and I never received word from Russia, so the Czar's F Swe is disbanded. Elsewhere Britain retreats F Bel - Nth and Spain retreats A Por - Nav.

The deadline for Winter 1995 adjustments and press is this coming Monday, July 19, at 9 pm eastern. Adjustments due are listed below the press.

Press #1:
France is enormously pleased with the results of the last year. A special thanks to the English fleet for assisting us in the liberation of Portugal. And a special thanks to the Portuguese women... ahh, the Portuguese women. We urge peace in the Low Countries between our German and English friends. England, we will support you in Iberia. Germany, you must fear no threat from us (the Alsace move was intended to bounce if you attacked; it will not cross the Rhine).

Mario, I have sent a fruit basket to your suite in Roma. There are grapes, plums, apples, and kiwi. But we have no peaches - alas! You have your hands full against Turkey; I have mine full against Spain. Let us desist from conflict. You can signal your intent by building in Naples rather than the north.

Spain to France: Well I guess the world is full of surprises, and there you sit in Portugal. Well, welcome to it. The monarch has done me a favor by helping you in there, although I must say I wish he would have warned me.

Spain to England: Seems a bit unfriendly of you. I don't suppose I could convince you now to leave Iberian conflicts be.

Spain to Italy: Tunisia is just fine, no problems here. Wouldn't mind
staying a while. How can I help you?

Spain to Egypt: Hey... Italy was right. You really are a nice guy! We can't say how much that supply will help us against our new found enemies. Say have you ever been to Morocco? If you make a little detour into the sahara I could maybe help it happen.

Your war declaration with Germany perturbs be though. Might you bury the hatchet some way, perhaps in France.

Poland to Russia:
Perfectly understandable. Honestly, when Ukraine decided to move south rather than north, I was happy to have Byelorussia, Latvia, Czech, Krakow, and Baltic Sea as a wall (with Baltic Sea bouncing in Sweden). Given our past, your landlocked situation, and the possibility of 2 builds (from SWE/IRN), I decided to invade. War it is and I fully expect you to throw your remaining forces at the good people of Poland.
