PREV Winter 1902 Adjudication: NEXT

All four adjustments in a bit early with none marked as preliminary, so the adjudication wheel gets kicked into gear! Seems people are still valuing the seas, as again more fleets are raised than armies...although one fleet does sink due to lack of supply.

The deadline for Spring 1903 will be this coming Monday, Feb. 11 (and I double checked this date so it should exist), at 9 pm eastern.
