PREV Winter 1902 Adjudication: NEXT

So Saturday was the due date and I had very little time to do the adjudication so when I saw I had three of four build orders in I went about my busy day and now it is Sunday and here is the adjudication with only three of four participating. Now Russia if you did send something and I missed it let me know I have 323 items in my spam that I will not delete but will not go through unless you have an issue. Other wise I am thinking Russia is strategically hold the build back to fill the board at a later date!!! Good luck all, have fun and I am hoping that Wednesday at 1600 GMT is good for all if it is two fast let me know by Tuesday 1600 GMT, then I will send a 24 or 48 hour notice on Tuesday.
