Hey everybody,

Sorry about that long winter, I'll make up for it by making the spring season deadline Sunday, hopefully you got most of your negotiating done in the winter. Had another set of late orders, everyone else still have one freebie left before an NMR will be ordered. For the future adjustment periods, I will make it a 4 day period, I was gone all Thanksgiving break and wouldn't be able to get the maps out with my home computer, which is why I made the deadline Monday. Just a reminder to anybody who may not know, an army cannot be switched with a fleet, vice versa, in a build phase. That being said, here are the adjustments:

Austria:
Build A Budapest

England:
Remove F Norwegian Sea
Remove A Finland

France:
Build A Paris
Build F Brest
Build F Marseilles

Germany:
Build A Berlin

Russia:
Build A Sevastopol

DEADLINE:
Spring 1903 orders will be due ***Sunday, December 6th, 9:00pm EST*** If anybody thinks they will miss the deadline, let me know!
