I'm not even going to bother trying to interpret this. The most I can definitively say is that Turkey looks to be rather safe at the moment. Your adjustments follow; Spring 1903 orders are due 07 August, 20:00 GMT. I have had one notice of a holiday for two weeks, to begin on the 17th or 18th, if I recall correctly. I'll be traveling as well from 24/08 to 12/09, though I should be able to adjudicate as normal, albeit with a severely limited time to confirm orders. If anyone else has a holiday, let me know, and plan on a pause to begin later this month.
