PREV Winter 1902 Adjudication: NEXT

Apologies everyone,
I was busy last night and couldn't run the adjudication. Here are the builds:

Austria: Remove F Alb, A Gal
England: Remove F Ska
France: Build F Mar
Germany: Build F Kie
Italy: Build A Rom
Russia: Build A Mos, A StP
Turkey: Build A Ank

The deadline for Spring 1903 is Wednesday 27th April, 8pm GMT / 9pm BST.

I've also had a suggestion for deadlines to follow a shorter schedule - 5 days per main phase (spring, fall) and 2 days per minor phase (summer retreats, winter retreats, winter builds). Please could you vote on that in your orders? I'm happy to do this, but only if agreement is unanimous.
