The middle of the board lies empty while everyone turns to one side or another...Italy storms into MAO, England sneaks into Sweden, and Germany enters France while France enters Germany. And the Balkan battle has spread beyond the Balkans, from Mos to Ion, although for now it's mostly just a big bounce.

We still are yet to have a retreat, so we move directly to Fall 1903, which is due on Monday (Feb. 18) at 9 pm eastern.
